Kankakee County CEO Student Places 3rd in National Pitch Competition!
Holden Hall of the Kankakee County CEO program has earned 3rd place in the National Pitch Competition hosted by the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship.
Holden’s video pitch for his business, Evergreen Entertainment , received rave reviews from the judges for its creativity, clear call to action, and strong overall presentation. His business features an original game, "Survive the Radlands", which will be available for purchase this Saturday at the CEO Trade Show at The Majestic Center in downtown Kankakee. Holden is the son of Kim and Dan Hall of Kankakee.
This achievement marks back-to-back national recognition for the Kankakee County CEO program, with students placing in the top three two years in a row.
Come show your support for Holden and the rest of the CEO team this Saturday, April 26 at the Majestic Center in Downtown Kankakee from 1 to 3 p.m.
Congratulations to Holden and to all of our students who participated in this national competition: Karen Arenas Cintora, Jamon Barlow, and Karol Santana, all of whom attend Kankakee High School. We’re proud of each of them for representing our community with creativity and courage on a national stage.
